Returns & Refunds Policy
Order Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date you received the goods, or from the date on which a third party appointed by you (other than the carrier) takes possession of the delivered product.
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear written statement.

Refunds
If your return is approved, we will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods and verify their condition.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order. You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The goods were purchased within the last 30 days
The goods are unused and in their original packaging
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom-made or personalized items, including but not limited to:
Hand-painted garments
Custom artwork
Altered or modified clothing
Any product created specifically according to the customer’s instructions or personal specifications
Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return
Goods that deteriorate rapidly or have passed their expiration date
Goods unsealed after delivery that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons
Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items
Custom commissions, consultation services, and personalized garments are final sale and non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions outlined above.
Returning Goods (Eligible Items Only)
For eligible, non-custom products:
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during return shipment. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
Refunds cannot be issued without:
Actual receipt of the returned goods, or
Proof of successful return delivery
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the returned item once it is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the order was shipped to the gift giver first, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
